Job Summary

We are currently seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to join our team in Barrie, Ontario. This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a key point of contact for branch staff, resolving operational, relational, and IT issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including managing mail, filing, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Closely monitor budgets related to branch operating activities and promote good business practices.
  • Ensure that branch administrative procedures and policies are followed at all times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, taking phone calls, welcoming guests, and directing them to the appropriate employee.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings with clients and partners, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • College diploma or degree related to finance, administration, or office technology.
  • Prior experience in a brokerage industry role (sales or operations) is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and priority management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Able to adapt to changing circumstances and work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive annual salary of approximately $55,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including group insurance, pension plan, employee share ownership plan, employee and family assistance program, and preferential banking services.
