About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Quebec. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary tools, training, and support to succeed.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve sales results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
