Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Quebec. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the region.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they have the necessary tools, training, and support to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our sales strategies remain competitive.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
