Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Quebec region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve established sales targets and drive business growth in the Quebec region.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to succeed in their roles.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to sales representatives to improve their performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth and expansion in the Quebec region.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of sales representatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
