Key Responsibilities- Spearhead daily tasks and goals on site under the guidance of On-Site Foreman & Project Managers.
- Lead and manage a crew of landscaping construction personnel, ensuring efficient project execution.
- Coordinate with project managers, trucking departments, and subcontractors for timely deliveries and obstacle resolution.
- Source materials and equipment from alternative suppliers based on project location and availability.
- Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and regulations.
- Operate a variety of heavy equipment, including skid steers, excavators, forklifts, backhoes, loaders, dozers, sod strippers, mechanical compaction equipment, and power tools.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance, inspecting equipment for proper functioning.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, upholding a culture of workplace safety.
- A minimum of 1+ year of experience in a similar role as Landscape Construction Lead Hand.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
- First Aid Certification.
- Steel-Toed Boots.
- Hard Hat.

- Hearing Protection.
- Gloves.
- Ability to lift 50lbs, bend, rotate, and stand for extended periods.
