Machine Assembly Supervisor

Silent-Aire Limited Partnership is a leading technology driven company that specializes in designing, engineering, and manufacturing hyperscale cooling and modular data center solutions for Johnson Controls, Inc. Based out of Nisku, we are currently seeking an experienced Machine Assembly Supervisor to lead our team.
The primary role of this position is to perform duties as required by the department head and/or supervisor, coordinate the assembly and fabrication of products, and ensure crew members are arriving on time, ready and fit for duty at the start of each shift. This includes hosting morning meetings with crew members, reviewing job-related issues or safety concerns, ensuring workers have proper material and tools to complete daily tasks, and training new workers on methods and procedures specific to the area of expertise.
This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and have a strong customer service orientation.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Machine Assembly Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining accurate record keeping, setting goals and managing time efficiently, and performing all duties in accordance with the Silent-Aire Limited Partnership safety program standards.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, and provide opportunities for career growth and professional development.
