We are a dynamic and growing company seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team.

Compensation Package

The salary for this role is estimated at $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure seamless operation of our organization.
  • Analyze applicant inventories and coordinate with hiring managers to select the most suitable candidates.
  • Establish effective communication channels with applicants, providing them with necessary information regarding employment requirements and terms.
  • Assist in the coordination and participation of selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
  • Notify applicants of their selection status and prepare job offers accordingly.
  • Offer guidance to managers and employees on our staffing policies and procedures.
  • Determine employee eligibility for benefits and arrange staff training sessions.
  • Supervise personnel clerks in performing various administrative duties.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with MS Word and electronic mail systems.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ensuring accurate and efficient communication with all stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently, demonstrating flexibility and sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and a team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
