You will also prepare and submit reports, arrange for maintenance and repair work, and resolve work problems. Additionally, you will recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, and conduct performance reviews. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on accuracy, client satisfaction, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
