Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at GLOBAL INFOTECH SERVICES. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to technical issues and provide solutions to clients and employees
  • Consult technical manuals and documentation to research and implement solutions
  • Provide training and guidance to clients and employees on technical procedures
  • Collect and maintain a log of technical issues and solutions for future reference
  • Provide support for business systems, networks, and Internet connectivity
  • Set up and configure computer equipment and software
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office and Windows
  • Knowledge of security software and protocols
  • Ability to work with diverse client base and provide cultural competency training
Work Environment:

Hours of Work:
