Job Summary:

The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical assistance and support to our clients and employees, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients and employees via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network systems
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and network equipment
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field (e.g. computer science, information technology)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
  • Experience with help desk software and technical documentation tools
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and virtualization
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
Work Environment:

The Technical Support Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of technical professionals. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours:

The Technical Support Specialist will work 35-40 hours per week.
