Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at SilverFox group Inc.

Job Summary:

The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and other technology-related issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to technical issues.
  • Consult technical manuals, user guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems and software.
  • Collaborate with other technical support teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document and maintain a problems and solutions log for future reference.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of technical support processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Work Environment:

The Technical Support Specialist will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing technical assistance to users in a variety of settings. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

35-40 hours per week.
