Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at SAZZ INC.

Job Summary:

The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions
  • Provide training and guidance to users on how to use computer systems and networks
  • Supervise other technical support workers in this group
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical users
Work Environment:

The Technical Support Specialist will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a team of technical support professionals. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

The Technical Support Specialist will work 35 hours per week.
