Job Opportunity: Clinical Counselling Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced clinical supervisor to support our clinical team in providing high-quality services to our clients. As a Clinical Counselling Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising clinical staff, providing individual and group supervision, and ensuring that our clinical services meet the highest standards.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our positive and supportive workplace culture while applying your clinical knowledge and expertise to ensure our clinical services achieve positive client outcomes and meet the requirements of our agency and certification standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise clinical staff by providing individual and group clinical supervision.
  • Provide ongoing training for growth and development.
  • Help ensure clinical outcomes are met through our approach and practices.
Requirements
  • Master's level degree in psychotherapy, social work, psychology, or related field, with a minimum of five years of clinical experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience providing clinical supervision to individuals and groups preferred.
  • Registration as an RCC, CCC, or RSW is required.
