Job Title: Behaviour Analyst

St.Amant is seeking a Behaviour Analyst to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Job Summary:

The Behaviour Analyst will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to design and implement comprehensive Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The successful candidate will possess a strong background in ABA, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement ABA programs for children with ASD, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
  • Conduct behavioural assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans to increase adaptive behaviour and decrease challenging behaviours.
  • Provide consultative and mediated services to clients, families, and support networks to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Collaborate with program managers to develop and implement training programs for autism tutors and senior tutors to enhance their ABA skills.
  • Identify trends in services and recommend strategies for improvement to enhance client outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Psychology with specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis.
  • Behaviour Analyst Board certification (BACB) or application for certification within the first year of work.
  • Fluency in French is an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide education and training in public forums.
  • Valid Manitoba driver's license and a vehicle for travel throughout the province.
