Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Behaviour Analyst to join our team at St.Amant, supporting our Jordan's Principle initiative. As a Behaviour Analyst, you will work with clients, caregivers, and families to provide psychological services, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to promote adaptive behaviour and reduce challenging interfering behaviour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct behavioural assessments and develop treatment plans to address client needs
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to promote adaptive behaviour and reduce challenging interfering behaviour
  • Collaborate with caregivers and families to develop and implement behaviour support plans
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and evaluation to ensure effective treatment outcomes
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and develop treatment plans
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Psychology or related field
  • Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Minimum 1 year experience in providing psychological services to individuals with developmental disabilities and psychological/behavioural disorders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with Indigenous populations
  • Knowledge of First Nations cultures and traditions
  • Fluency in French or other Indigenous languages
