Behaviour Analyst

St.Amant is seeking a highly skilled Behaviour Analyst to join our team. As a Behaviour Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families.
Job Summary:The Behaviour Analyst will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to design, implement, and evaluate Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) programs for children with ASD. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of ABA principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement ABA programs for children with ASD, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
- Conduct behavioural assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans to increase adaptive behaviour and decrease challenging behaviours.
- Provide consultative and mediated services to clients, families, and support staff to ensure effective implementation of ABA programs.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized service plans that meet the needs of clients and their families.
- Participate in reviews and IEP team meetings to ensure effective communication and coordination of services.
- Master's degree in Psychology from a recognized university with specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis.
- Behaviour Analyst Board certification (BACB) or application for certification within the first year of work.
- Fluency in the French language is an asset.
