Job Title: Behaviour Analyst - Jordan's Principle

We are seeking a highly skilled Behaviour Analyst to join our team at St.Amant, supporting the implementation of Jordan's Principle in Indigenous communities across Manitoba.

Job Summary:

The Behaviour Analyst will provide clinical services to children and families, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. This role requires a strong understanding of behavioural analysis theory and practice, as well as experience working with Indigenous communities and populations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct behavioural assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
  • Provide direct services to clients, including individual and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct training and supervision for direct support staff
  • Participate in quality improvement activities and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Psychology or related field
  • Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working with Indigenous communities and populations
  • Strong understanding of behavioural analysis theory and practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
