St.Amant is seeking a Behaviour Analyst to join our team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. As a Behaviour Analyst, you will work with our interdisciplinary team to provide services to First Nations children and families, ensuring that they receive the support and care they need.

Job Summary:

The Behaviour Analyst will provide psychological services to individuals with developmental disabilities and psychological/behavioural disorders. This includes conducting behavioural assessments, designing and implementing treatment plans, and providing training and supervision to caregivers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct behavioural assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
  • Provide training and supervision to caregivers and staff
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients
  • Develop and implement skill development training programs for clients
  • Conduct research and evaluation activities to improve services and outcomes
Requirements:
  • M.A. or M.Sc. degree in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis
  • Certification by the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst
  • Minimum of one year's experience in providing psychological services to individuals with developmental disabilities and psychological/behavioural disorders
  • Ability to work effectively with clients, caregivers, and families
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of First Nations cultures and experiences
  • Experience working with Indigenous communities
  • Fluency in both official languages (French and English)
