Job Title: Senior Business Partner

At Miller Paving Limited (HO), we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in implementing our HR policy across various areas of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with division leaders to design and implement talent management programs, including succession planning and talent retention initiatives.
  • Develop and implement individual development plans to guide employees through their growth journeys.
  • Conduct investigations and run performance plans to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Provide coaching and guidance on health, safety, and compliance practices to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Design and implement action plans for annual engagement surveys to drive employee engagement and feedback.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards to present data and insights to division and senior leaders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a senior business partner role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
