About the Role

This is a dynamic position that requires strong communication and relationship-building skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging with businesses to secure inclusive employment opportunities for job seekers with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to promote inclusive hiring practices.
  • Identify and match job seekers with disabilities to suitable employment opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional support to job seekers and employers throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or job development.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of disability accommodation and understanding of barriers faced by job seekers with disabilities.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management platforms.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
