As a member of our Talent Acquisition team reviews all applications, we're excited to connect clients with the people and resources they need to succeed in the 21st century. The Community Specialist Co-op plays a vital role in achieving this goal by helping to triage and respond to questions posted to our Discussion Forum and delivered via email.

We're seeking an enthusiastic individual who can bring their passion for supporting others to the Brightspace Community. In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to inbound communications efficiently by connecting with internal Subject Matter Experts, creating relevant content, or redirecting to the right engagement point.
  • Participating in team meetings to provide status updates on unanswered questions and time to first response.
  • Reviewing and updating Brightspace Learning Center content to ensure quality and accessibility standards are met.
  • Analyzing data to communicate insights about future content and activities that contribute to community experience improvements.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and relationship skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently. Experience with online learning management software, HTML/CSS, and online community forums is an asset.

We offer a competitive weekly salary range of $725-$996 USD, determined by each candidate's relevant knowledge, skills, education, training, and experience.
