Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the primary point of contact for human resource management policies, procedures, employment law, and fundamentals of all core areas of human resources, you will provide day-to-day support in recruiting, staffing, on-boarding, performance management, and training & development.
Main Responsibilities:- Support HR Generalist in all areas of the HR function by providing guidance where required.
- Act as the primary point of service contact for the leadership group and employees on interpreting human resource policies, procedures, and practices.
- Support and execute all human resources related action changes, including new hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, and cost center changes.
- Discuss training requirements with departmental heads to improve skills throughout the company.
- Identify appropriate learning and development solutions for individuals, teams, and organizations supported.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the recruitment process, including reviewing job descriptions, screening of CVs, attending interviews, and selecting candidates.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehousing.
- Practical knowledge of HR operations, including performance management, succession planning, talent planning, competency development, compensation, employee relations, and talent analytics.
- Demonstrated ability in team building and experience in successfully leading projects in the HR.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, using judgment consistent with standards, practices, policies, regulations, and government laws.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $90,000 per year, based on your qualifications and experience. You will also receive:
