Riverdale Poultry is seeking a skilled Human Resources Administrator to join our growing team in Kitchener. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in administering critical HR programs, providing administrative support to the human resources team, and supporting multiple locations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in Human Resources and develop their skills with a dynamic organization. You will report directly to the Director of Human Resources and be responsible for delivering exceptional administrative support in areas such as Onboarding, Compliance, HRIS support, and administration of the Temporary Foreign Worker Program.

To succeed in this role, you will possess sound judgment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also have strong technical skills, including proficiency in Office Suite, Calendar, and Email, and be trainable on in-house systems such as Google Suite and Asana.

In addition to your technical skills, you will bring excellent verbal and written communication skills, a post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, which includes annual performance bonuses, three weeks' vacation, fully paid benefits after three months, RSP matching program after 12 months, and opportunities for advancement within the company.
