About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team at HANAHREUM MART INC. as a key member of our bakery operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recipe Development and Execution

Develop and execute recipes for a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and other sweet and savory items.

Supervision and Training

Supervise and train a team of bakers to ensure high-quality products and efficient production processes.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels and ordering of ingredients and supplies to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.

Quality Control

Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards.

Customer Service

Provide excellent customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and preferences.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a bakery or related field.

Skills

Excellent baking and pastry-making skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex recipes.

Physical Demands

Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
