We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team at HANAHREUM MART INC.
Job Summary:The Head Baker will be responsible for leading our bakery team and overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for baking.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and train bakery staff to ensure high-quality products and efficient production processes.
- Baking and Production: Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes according to recipes and customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet established standards for quality, taste, and appearance.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Skills: Excellent baking and leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Head Baker will work in a fast-paced bakery environment with a team of experienced bakers and kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
