We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team at M square cake. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the baking and pastry production process, ensuring that our high-quality products meet the expectations of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Train and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain inventory levels and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and bake mixed dough and batters according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Operate machinery and equipment to prepare pastry for special occasions and events.
- Draw up production schedules and ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English language.
This role is based in a fast-paced bakery environment with a focus on producing high-quality products. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a high level of productivity and quality in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
