We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team at M square cake. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the baking and production of our high-quality cakes and pastries.
Key Responsibilities- Recipe Development and Execution: Develop and execute recipes for a variety of cakes and pastries, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of bakers to ensure they are meeting production standards and adhering to company policies.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that all necessary ingredients and supplies are on hand.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all products meet company standards.
- Production Scheduling: Develop and implement production schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer demand.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma in a related field.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or pastry production environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Setting: Bake shop.
