Key Responsibilities
  • Recipe Development and Execution

Develop and execute recipes for a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies, ensuring high-quality products that meet our company standards.

Supervision and Training

Supervise and train bakery staff on production procedures, quality control, and safety protocols, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste.

Quality Control

Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all products meet our company's standards for taste, texture, and appearance.

Customer Service

Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a bakery or related field.

Skills

Excellent baking skills, including knowledge of ingredients, equipment, and production techniques.

Physical Demands

Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
