Key Responsibilities
  • Member Services: Answer member questions, complete member check-ins, and provide new member tours and sign-ups.
  • Facility Maintenance: Clean throughout the facility, including bathrooms, locker rooms, black card area, and workout area.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to member inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Age: 18 years or older.
  • Attitude: A positive and enthusiastic attitude is a must.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to empathize and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Continual standing and walking during shift, occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching, and ability to lift over 50 pounds.
