Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Bulkley Lodge. As a compassionate and skilled LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional health services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care and support to residents at Bulkley Lodge
Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and preferences
Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare staff
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence in patient care
Requirements
Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant
One year of recent, related acute care or residential experience
Demonstrated knowledge and skills within a specific clinical specialty or patient population
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others
