Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the well-being of our patients.
About the Role:- Work within a client and family-centered care model, providing compassionate care to patients in a long-term care setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and provide nursing care to patients.
- Operate in accordance with the expected competencies within the Entry to Practice Competencies, Scope of Practice, and Standards of Practice as outlined by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

- Ability to organize work and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to establish and maintain rapport with patients and families.
