Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the well-being of our patients.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients. Your expertise and experience will be essential in ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, planning, and implementation of care plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant
- One (1) year of recent, related acute care or residential experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills within a specific clinical specialty or patient population
