Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at 1390357 BC Ltd. in a permanent role.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts. They will also plan, direct, and monitor activities of the sales department, develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies, and co-ordinate work activities with other departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
  • Plan, direct, and monitor activities of sales department
  • Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments
  • Assess business opportunities and develop strategies
  • Assign sales workers to duties
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to work under pressure. They will be a team player with excellent oral and written communication skills, and will be able to multitask and work accurately.
