- Capitalise on sales opportunities to drive revenue growth and encourage customer loyalty.
- Leverage computer systems and applications to navigate customer-facing and warehouse activities efficiently.
- Demonstrate agility in shifting focus between customer assistance and other branch tasks, ensuring seamless execution of responsibilities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by performing housekeeping duties as needed.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; 1-3 years of experience in a related field is beneficial.
- Flexibility to work within branch hours of operation.
- A commitment to personal development, acceptance of feedback, and proactive collaboration with leaders to support growth.
- The ability to work in a position requiring continuous standing, walking, lifting up to 25lbs unassisted, and safely operating powered industrial equipment.
- The successful completion of initial and ongoing training as required.
- Ongoing support for branch operations as assigned according to business needs.
This part-time position offers an estimated hourly rate of $24.47-$28.00, with the potential for bonus eligibility. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage, paid time off, life insurance, employee family assistance programs, registered retirement savings plans, and defined contribution pension plans.
