Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Liaison to join our team at one of our communities. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, their families, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist residents, visitors, and the general public in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including typing documents, maintaining resident files, and performing basic accounting functions.
  • Respond to resident inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Operate and maintain office equipment, including computers, printers, and telephones.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 education supplemented with training or coursework in general office procedures and accounting/bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Keyboarding speed of at least 50 wpm.
  • Previous experience in an office environment, preferably in a similar setting.
