Customer Service Liaison

About This Role:
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative who is passionate about providing excellent customer service to our clients and who will maintain and increase industry-leading customer satisfaction scores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Issue Resolution: Assist customers with tracking shipments, providing delivery updates, and resolving any issues related to their shipments.
- Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments, including operations and sales, to ensure customer needs are met.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Prioritization: Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
- Knowledge Development: Continuously improve knowledge of our services and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Flexibility: Flexibility is required with respect to hours of work as the incumbent may be required to work rotating shifts in a 16/7 environment, including days, evenings, weekends, and general holidays.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role (1-2 years).
- Bilingual: Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.
- Additional Skills: Experience in project management and/or sales roles is a plus. Exceptional client service mentality. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Experience working in a fast-paced start-up to scale-up environment. Familiarity with Zendesk is an asset.
- Warehouse Experience: Experience in warehouse operations is highly valued.
