Company Overview

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Toronto team at Liberty Village. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be a problem solver, and have in-depth knowledge of the print industry.

Job Description
  • Assist customers through phone, email, and online chat
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Respond to order, product, and service inquiries
  • Stay updated on Jukebox's products and services
  • Provide front-of-house reception support as needed
Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers via multiple channels
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Jukebox's offerings
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles (call center, hospitality, retail)
  • 1 year of experience in the print/graphic communications industry
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Work Schedule

The full-time position involves working Sunday-Thursday or Monday-Friday with varying shifts from 10AM-6PM/11AM-7PM/12:30PM-8:30PM. Training shifts take place at our Liberty Village office from 10AM-6PM, Monday-Friday.

Compensation Package

Jukebox offers a competitive salary range between $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including dental care, extended health care, paid time off, and vision care.
