About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at AL SABA HALAL POULTRY LIMITED. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic plans to increase sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Determine and implement effective sales strategies to launch new product lines and expand our market share.
  • Organizational Development: Establish and maintain organizational policies and procedures to ensure efficient sales operations.
  • Sales Operations: Organize and direct regional and divisional sales activities to achieve sales targets.
  • Team Management: Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments to ensure optimal performance.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
