Regional Sales Manager

Tayco is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to fill the position of Regional Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regional business account plans, building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, and driving sales growth in the contract furniture market.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Implement strategies to encourage sales innovations and targeted business development in alignment with the Sales Plan, achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth by uncovering new markets.
- Relationship Building: Create and ensure highly productive relationships and partnerships with customers, enhance dealer relationships, and provide the ultimate customer experience.
- ISR Management: Manage ISR relationships and output, conduct quarterly business reviews, and ensure annual targets are being met with annual contracts being drafted.
- Brand Identity: Communicate brand identity internally to Tayco's customer base.
- Market Research: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales.
- Customer Service: Maintain quality customer service by designing and enforcing standards, training ISRs and dealers, monitoring performance, surveying sales approaches, and evaluating outcomes.
- Industry Engagement: Attend trade shows and industry conferences to increase sales through improved levels of product knowledge and develop industry contacts via networking.
- Sales Performance: Conduct analysis to manage sales performance against corporate objectives and market developments.
Tayco is seeking passionate candidates who possess the following experience and competencies:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the furniture or systems industry.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Strong critical thinking skills, recognizing key underlying business issues, problems, and opportunities critical to attaining business success in the short and long term.
- Achievement-oriented, demonstrating a commitment to achieving individual, team, and corporate results to exceed expectations and enhance shareholder value.
- Customer-focused, committing to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers and valuing the importance of customer service and relationships.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver sales presentations and find win-win solutions.
- Conflict management skills, finding common ground and obtaining objective results.
