The Regional Sales Manager is a crucial role within Ascensia Diabetes Care, a leading company in diabetes management solutions. This position focuses on driving sales and fostering relationships with healthcare professionals in a designated area.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve annual sales objectives within the assigned region.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing pharmacy accounts, securing orders and negotiating favorable terms.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective planning and organization of daily activities.
- Manage a structured call cycle to ensure consistent engagement with accounts, meeting established reach and frequency targets.
- Collaborate with team members and management to implement business strategies, analyze market trends, and discover new opportunities.
- Work within regional teams to create and execute business plans that address local customer needs.
- Deliver impactful sales presentations to targeted healthcare professionals, including Internal Medicine specialists, General Practitioners, Family Health Teams, and Diabetes Nurse Educators.
- Share insights on market trends and competitor activities with the regional team.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as science or business administration, or equivalent experience.
- Approximately 3+ years of demonstrated success in healthcare or retail sales.
- A self-motivated approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing key data and metrics to enhance business performance.
- A proven track record of achieving sales performance goals.
