About the Role

Tayco is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to fill the position of Regional Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regional business account plans, building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, and driving sales growth in the contract furniture market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Implement innovative sales approaches and targeted business development initiatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Foster highly productive relationships with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage Sales Performance: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve sales performance and meet annual targets.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, consumer demand, and competitor activity.

Requirements

  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with a valid driver's license.
  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to recognize key business issues and opportunities.
