About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Sahara Courtyard Inn (1995) Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Policies

Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.

Staff Management and Development

Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent performance and growth opportunities.

Customer Service and Relations

Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive reputation for the hotel.

Marketing and Sales

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue, including negotiating with suppliers and arranging for maintenance activities.

Inventory Management and Organization

Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.

Computer and Technology Skills

Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Office, with ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and meeting tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Personal Qualities and Skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Education and Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations, with a degree in hospitality or related field.
