About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at GILL ONWARD ENTERPRISES INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures

Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure smooth daily operations in our hotel.

Recruit and Hire Staff

Recruit, hire, and train a team of staff to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Supervise and Lead Staff

Supervise and lead a team of staff to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities and providing excellent customer service.

Perform Front Desk Duties

Perform front desk duties, including checking in and out guests, handling customer complaints, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Enforce Policies and Procedures

Enforce policies and procedures to ensure that all staff are following the rules and regulations of the hotel.

Address Customer Complaints

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

Assist with Special Needs

Assist guests with special needs, such as mobility or accessibility issues, to ensure that they have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Establish Work Schedules

Establish work schedules for staff to ensure that the hotel is adequately staffed at all times.

Requirements
  • Education

A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as hospitality or business administration.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a hotel or hospitality management role.

Work Environment

A fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction.

Physical Capabilities

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to lift up to 25 pounds.

Personal Suitability

A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. The ability to work under pressure and to lift up to 25 pounds is essential.

Language

The language of work is English.

Hours of Work

The hours of work are 30 to 40 hours per week.
