About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at GILL ONWARD ENTERPRISES INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures

Design and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure smooth daily operations in our hotel.

Recruit and Hire Staff

Identify, recruit, and hire top talent to join our team, ensuring a strong and dedicated workforce.

Supervise and Train Staff

Provide guidance, support, and training to our staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Front Desk Duties

Manage the front desk operations, ensuring a high level of customer service and a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Enforce Policies and Procedures

Ensure that all staff members are aware of and adhere to our policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Work Schedules

Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal productivity.

Requirements
  • Education

A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as hospitality or business administration.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a hotel operations management role, with a proven track record of success.

Work Environment

A fast-paced environment with a high level of pressure, requiring strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Personal Suitability

A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 30-40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
