About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at 0941729 BC LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Financial Management
    • Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and minimize costs.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability.
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and supply chain management.
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff members.
    • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, standing for extended periods and performing a variety of tasks.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
