  • Customer Service and Experience
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Train and supervise staff to ensure that they provide exceptional customer service.
  • Marketing and Promotion

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Public transportation is available.
