About the Role

Cuso International is seeking a highly skilled Gender Equality Specialist to support the capacity strengthening of staff at the National Conservation Trust Fund (NCTF) in the Caribbean. The successful candidate will work on mainstreaming gender equality and social inclusion into policies, programs, and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments of staff capacity to implement gendered policies and programs
  • Develop and deliver training resources and conduct training sessions with staff on gender equality mainstreaming
  • Support the development of operational and HR policies

Requirements

  • University degree in social sciences, international development, human rights, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in promoting gender equality and social inclusion
  • Experience working with government agencies and senior management
  • Experience in training and facilitation
