Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist

Job Summary
Cuso International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist to support the development of results-based gender-responsive monitoring and evaluation procedures for the Caribbean Organizations for Resilient Environments (CORE) project.
About the Project
The CORE project aims to strengthen the capacity of National Conservation Trust Funds (NCTFs) operating in eight countries to implement local, nature-based solutions for climate change adaptation and mitigation with a gender-responsive lens.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of staff capacity to implement M&E tools and systems to assess program impact
- Support the development of training resources and conduct training sessions with staff on results-based gender-responsive planning, monitoring, and evaluation procedures and practices
- Support the development of M&E systems and tools to collect disaggregated data and conduct program impact assessments
- Support the development of gender-responsive and results-based indicators to monitor and report on the effectiveness of program implementation
- Support the development of M&E databases and creation of M&E reports
- Support staff capacity building in grants management and monitoring
Requirements
- University degree in social/political sciences, international development, human rights, gender studies, social work, law, public policy, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in a position related to the promotion of gender equality, diversity, and/or women's development issues
- Experience working with government agencies
- Experience working with senior management
- Experience in training and facilitation
