About the Role

Cuso International is seeking a highly skilled Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist to support the development of results-based gender-responsive monitoring and evaluation procedures for the Caribbean Organizations for Resilient Environments (CORE) project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments of staff capacity to implement monitoring and evaluation tools and systems to assess program impact
  • Support the development of training resources and conduct training sessions with staff on results-based gender-responsive planning, monitoring, and evaluation procedures and practices
  • Support the development of monitoring and evaluation systems and tools to collect disaggregated data and conduct program impact assessments
  • Support the development of gender-responsive and results-based indicators to monitor and report on the effectiveness of program implementation
  • Support the development of monitoring and evaluation databases and creation of monitoring and evaluation reports
  • Support staff capacity building in grants management and monitoring

Requirements

  • University degree in social sciences, international development, human rights, gender studies, social work, law, public policy, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in a position related to the promotion of gender equality, diversity, and/or women's development issues
  • Experience working with government agencies
  • Experience working with senior management
  • Experience in training and facilitation
