Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Butter Chicken Roti. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in restaurant management. You will be responsible for managing a team of 5-10 people, including recruiting, training, and supervising staff.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze budget and financial reports to identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to boost profits;
- Develop and manage budgets for food, ingredients, kitchen supplies, and other expenses;
- Evaluate daily operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance;
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to optimize profitability;
- Monitor revenues and labor costs to ensure alignment with business goals;
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional customer service;
- Plan and organize daily operations, including inventory management and scheduling;
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms;
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies;
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities;
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation;
- Address customers' complaints or concerns;
- Provide excellent customer service;
- Bachelor's degree in a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Knowledge of MS Office and MS Outlook;
- Fast-paced environment with physically demanding work conditions;
- Ability to stand for extended periods;
- Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, organized, and a team player.
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $250,000 per year;
